      Have you tried contacting Paypal? Unfortunately I’m currently only able to sell the product via Paypal. Maybe you could try opening a Paypal account, rather than paying directly via debit card? I was considering using Google Checkout, but apparently they are closing down soon. My next option would be Google Wallet, so when I start using it, I’ll definitely be in touch.

      Regarding my 2 programs, How To Lose Man Boobs Naturally is on reducing man boobs using diet, exercise, estrogen reduction tactics etc, while the Chest Sculpting Blueprint is more based on exercise and growing chest muscle to sculpt a chiseled set of pecs.

      I generally recommend How To Lose Man Boobs Naturally to skinny guys with man boobs, while I recommend the Chest Sculpting Blueprint to overweight guys with man boobs.

    its kutlwano again. i forgot to tell you about my condition before purchasing any of your products. i have man boobs but more specifically, my nipples are very very puffy and my chest hangs down even though i bench press and have a proper body aside from my manboobs. ive always found it to be creepy and wierd that i developed man boobs. i thought it was a temporary thing when i hit puberty but it stick an the situation got worse. ive had to compromise alot of things in my life from what i do especially what i wear and my fun. i even bench press like 15-20 kg in the gym but my problem has still remained. one day i was looking on the internet for solutins and im thankful to god that i found the chest sculpting blueprint video on youtube. i cant believe that finally after three to four years of having these things and adopting a different way of life and thinking that im finally going to be totally free and comfortable in my own skin and so im here to find out which product should i purchase to get red of my man boobs and puffy nipples… csb or how to lose man boobs or………?

      Thanks for the question. In your case, it’s hard for me to say which program would be best for you. How To Lose Man Boobs Naturally (HTLMBN) focuses more on the hormonal side of things – how to avoid the environmental chemicals that lead to increased estrogenicity in your body and reduced androgenicity (i.e. reduced testosterone), and also the lifestyle and dietary changes you need to make to reverse these changes.

      The Chest Sculpting Blueprint (CSB) takes the weight-training section from HTLMBN and really goes into detail with it. It also has an in-depth section on diet.

      I generally advise skinny guys with man boobs to get HTLMBN, and fat guys with man boobs to get CSB, though in all honestly, both books will help both groups of people. The ideal situation would be to purchase HTLMBN first, in order to a get a grasp of the basics for losing man boobs, and to then purchase CSB, which will help you to take things to the next level.   8. Hi my name is Zuhdi and I’m Gonna be fasting in a couple of days because I’m a Muslim and we do it once a year for a whole month. I’m not gonna be eating anything for about 16-17 hours a day. Is it possible for me to still follow the book.

    • Hi Zuhdi

      I have Muslim friends, and I have fasted alongside them. The key to making a month-long fast work for you, is to make sure you eat good quality food during the hours when you are not fasting. Too many Muslims end up overeating and eating the wrong types of food when they break their fast.

      With training, the best time to train while fasting, is just before you break your fast. This is ideal if you are trying to reduce body fat, but you should not do this if you are diabetic or underweight. If you are underweight, I suggest you have a light snack to break your fast, then train, then have a full meal.

      So yes, it is still perfectly possible for you to finish the book while fasting during Ramadhan :p.

    I just wanted to ask you if oatmeal is okay when doing the program and if so, do I use brown sugar or what?

    • Hi

      Oatmeal is a controversial one. On the one hand it’s known to have testosterone boosting properties, on the other it is a grain. In my personal experience, when I tried replacing my other grains with oats, I still had trouble losing weight. However, I’ve known many an old person in their 80’s and 90’s to swear by oats as having been the secret to their long life.

      I would say if you are trying to reduce body fat or lose man boobs, avoid oats for now, and try incorporating them into your diet later when you have achieved the results you want. Or you can experiment with oats now to see how it affects you.

      If you do have oats, avoid processed and flavored forms of oats, have it with water (avoid milk), and don’t add brown sugar. If you want to sweeten it, try adding slices of banana or strawberries. You might also use stevia, but don’t go overboard with it.

    As we All know, the diet is kinda the most important thing when trying to lose man boobs, I’ve been going through a trial period trying to test out how I can make healthy food delicious but it’s quite difficult. Also, a lot of healthy foods are expensive so i end up buying the cheaper things like cans if sardines, kidney beans and chick peas, asparagus and broccoli as well as nuts.

    So I’m more than happy to keep eating these things, however I really need your help on finding ways on how make these things taste better than what they usually do and if can throw in a bunch of other foods that within an affordable range, that would be great too.

    Oh and one more thing, I don’t know of I should eat organic fruits and vegs or what? Please help me

      I’ll be rolling out new info and guidance on diet in the future, so do check back on my site for this later. With regards to eating organic fruits and veg, it’s ideal if you can, as you would be avoiding estrogenic substances used in pesticides and fertilizers. However, if you can’t afford organic, or don’t have access to organic produce, then you are better off eating non-organic fruits’n veg than you are not eating fruit’n veg at all.

      The vast majority of scientific studies done on the benefits of fruits and vegetables, were conducted using non-organic produce, which means that the benefits of fruits and veggies outweigh any harm that fertilizers and pesticides might do. What I would advise you do however, is to wash your non-organic fruits’n veg thoroughly.

      A good way to wash chemicals off your food, is by soaking them in a bowl of water and adding 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar.

    I need get your input on certain things before I finally begin the blueprint once and for all.
    1st of all…. I read your articles on estrogen in our drinking water and how to remove it through the use of a filter, however I wanted to ask, seeing as I am from South Africa whether or not that article applies here as we’ll (seeing as you were referring to America in that article). I want to make sure before purchasing any filters.

    2ndly, I also read your article on liver and I would just like to know what’s the right way to prepare it when eating it.

    Lastly , I also want to clarify yet again whether or not it would be good for to eat non organic vegetables and fruits when doing the 12 week program

    • Hi, thanks for your questions.

      In any country that is advanced enough to be using industrial chemicals in agriculture and food in general, and where the oral contraceptive pill is in widespread use by women, a water filter is important, and can definitely help. South Africa is no exception here.

      Cook liver, don’t eat it raw, don’t overcook it. You can fry it butter, ghee, or coconut oil, or boil it, or grill it. You can add a healthy marinade, that contains ingredients like traditionally prepared soy sauce, Bragg’s aminos, coconut aminos, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, etc.

      Generally, eating non-organic fruits’n vegetables is better than eating no fruit/veggies at all. But this depends, because in some countries, I’ve heard stories of people dying in countries like India and Bangladesh, from eating fruits and vegetables that were treated with too much Formalin. If you’re not eating organic, then make sure you at least know what type of fertilizer (and how much) is used on your food.

    I’ve purchased both the Paleolithic HIIT and Chest Sculpting Program. I have just finished Mike Chang’s SixPackShortcuts Program, but I did not get the results I was hoping for.
    I believe your programs will get me the results I was hoping for, a lot sooner, and without having to take any supplements.

    1. The Paleolithic HIIT training also came with a “Paleolithic Weight Training DVD Series”. If I have the Chest Sculpting Program, should I just stick to that, or try to incorporate the Paleolithic Weight Training DVD Series as well?

    2. As I am already used to weight training exercises and heavier weights, should I start from at least Phase 3? Or should I start from the beginning and go back to lighter weights as you suggest in Phase 1, to really concentrate on getting the Power Principles right, such as always use perfect form and workout with progressive resistance?

    3. Some exercises are slightly different to what I have been doing. They are harder to perform. Is this because I am not flexible enough?

    3a. Such as performing a neck press, and not just a regular bench press. Now performing the neck press, lowering the bar closer to my neck hurts – it is hard to get my elbows and upper arms in line with the barbell, and I can feel my shoulders hurt the closer I bring the barbell to my neck. Should I just stick with lowering the bar to my chest and not my neck?
    Or by starting at Phase 1 with lighter weights than what I am used to help me get the form correct, and in time will it get easier to lower the bar closer to my neck, or do I have to work on stretching and flexibility?

    3b. Also another exercise is the front squat. I am used to doing the back squat. Performing the front squat, I do not like the lack of stability in the cross-arm grip, so I’m doing the Olympic grip, but my wrists are very sore from them stretching back so much.
    Should I practice on flexing my wrists and stretching my arms first to get my elbows up higher, or should I just stick to doing back squats?

      1. I mention in Paleolithic HIIT, how to combine the two programs. Stick to the Chest Sculpting Blueprint until you have achieved the sprinter’s somatotype, i.e. once you’ve gotten rid of all the body fat and gained all the muscle you want, only THEN move onto the Paleolithic Weight Training DVD Series for pure performance gains. The Chest Sculpting Blueprint replaces the Paleolithic Weight Training Beginners Program. Once you’ve attained the ideal physique, you can move onto the Paleolithic Weight Training Advanced Part 1 Program for shear performance gains.

      2. This is a decision you have to make based on your own judgement, because it all depends on where you are with your training, and what type of training you have been doing thus far. If you haven’t done full-body training before, than I would suggest starting from Phase 1. If the exercises you are doing are very different from the ones I suggest in the Chest Sculpting Blueprint, then start from Phase 1. If you’ve been cheating a lot on your exercises in order to lift a heavier weight, then it will be very difficult for you to stop cheating, and yet more difficult for you to keep progressing on your lifts. In such case, I would suggest dropping to a much lighter weight, starting from Phase 1, and using microprogressive resistance to increase the load without cheating.

      3a. If an exercise is causing you pain, there an array of different things that could be going wrong, and it’s impossible for me to advise you via email. I would advise finding a personal trainer who understand the benefits of the neck press, and asking him/her to help you understand if you are doing anything wrong. You could try lowering the weight substantially, and using microprogressive resistance to increase the load over time. In most cases when an exercise causes pain, it’s because the trainee is using incorrect form. Form is much more easily corrected using a lighter weight, and by having an expert watch you do the exercise. In a minority of cases however, a particular exercise may just not be right for the trainee, and he/she would have to use a different variation. With the neck press for example, you might try not lowering the weight as high as your neck, but maybe down to your clavicles or uppermost part of your chest.

      3b. Again, get a personal trainer to watch you. You can increase the flexibility of your wrists by doing daily dedicated wrist stretching. Don’t just stick to doing back squats, the front squat is so much more beneficial both functionally and in improving your physique, that I could write a whole article on it (and will probably do so in the near future).

    1. i’ve been reading your articles lately, especially the one on fiber and a lot has been said about looking towards DARK GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES. I would just like for you to maybe give a list of the recommended veggies that needed when doing the Blueprint.

    2. I also read your article about liver and so i just wanted to know from you, how many times a week do i need to have meat on my plate.

    • Hi, thanks for your questions.

      1. Some I would recommend include spinach, kale, collards, romaine lettuce, broccoli, and cabbage. You can find a much longer list by doing an internet search :).

      2. You can eat meat every day. It’s good to go on a detox every now and then by going on a vegetarian diet for, say, 1 week.

      3. Chicken liver isn’t as micronutrient-dense as beef liver, but it’s still VERY good for you! I find chicken liver to be far more palatable than beef liver, so I do eat it myself regularly.

      4. Wow! That’s an amazing thing you’re doing there, it’s actually one of my dreams to have my own farm in the future ^_^. Free range chickens eat worms, insects, and various greens. Here’s a great book on free range chicken farming:

    I forgot to mention that lately, i’ve been reading a book onj how to make natural vegetable and herbal based soaps, since i read on one of your articles that even the cosmetics we use on our skin contain estrogen. So i was wondering if soap, whether natural or synthetic is a no no and if so, what are the healthier alternatives that you recommend i use.

    • I’m no expert on different types of Oysters. What I know is that they contain zinc and can help boost testosterone levels. Eat them raw and living for the full benefits. It’s also OK to eat the canned, smoked oysters.
