Alright, so! More stuff on losing man boobs. How are you gettin’ on? You started on the HIIT and weights yet? Well, in your own time, there’s no rush. The sooner you get started, the sooner you start seeing results.
But for any male breast reduction regimen to work, you’ve gotta sort out the diet. So today I have for you, three powerful foods to start adding to your diet.
These foods will actively take a hold of your breasts and shrink ’em right down. But they won’t work unless you also reduce levels of what’s maybe the single most important hormone in man boob reduction.
No, it’s not estrogen or testosterone. When levels of this hormone are high, it can prevent anything else from changing your estrogen to testosterone ratio. So here are today’s foods:
1. Soluble Fiber
Did you know that there’s LOTS of estrogen hanging around inside your bowels? Most of the excess estrogens in your body are metabolized by your liver and excreted out of you body via your bowels.
If there’s lots of fecal material hanging around inside your bowels, the estrogens contained within get reabsorbed into your blood.
Fiber acts by forcefully moving fecal material through your bowels. It decreases intestinal transit time, so estrogen is given less time to be reabsorbed.
Also, if you take the right TYPE of fiber – soluble fiber – it makes your bowels more acidic. This blocks enzymes that are known to convert deactivated estrogen into more potent, harmful forms of estrogen.
Most fruit and vegetables are good sources of soluble fiber. Whole-grains on the other hand, have mostly insoluble fiber, so they don’t perform nearly as well as fruits’n veggies.
If you want to try a super-fiber in supplement form, I suggest you try out something called ‘psyllium seed powder‘. This stuff really increases fecal weight and reduces bowel transit time. It helps to get rid of dead fecal material that’s been hanging around and clinging onto estrogen in your bowels for years.
A lot of people use psyllium ‘husk’. The husks are a source of INSOLUBLE fiber, so these aren’t nearly as good as the seed powder, which is soluble.

2. Cruciferous Vegetables
Just eating extra vegetables will take you a long way in helping to lose your man boobs. But if you want to take things up a notch, try to include as many cruciferous vegetables in your diet as you can.
These include cabbage, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, kale, cauliflower, collard greens, spinach and watercress.
Cruciferous vegetables when chewed, release a compound called indole 3 carbinole (I3C), which in the stomach, converts into something called DIM (di-indollyl methane) which has been shown to convert the potent form of estrogen (estradiol) to its safer, less potent forms.
DIM is also known to increase the rate at which the liver excretes estrogen.
When it comes to cooking, It’s better to have your crucifers raw or lightly steamed, because too much heat deactivates the active component, I3C. I steam my broccoli until it’s bright green and tender enough to chew without too much effort.
Dark green soggy broccoli is the probably the worst, and not nearly as beneficial.
If it’s going to take you a while to gradually build up your vegetable intake, you can always take a DIM supplement from your health food store (or online). This can really help shrink your man boobs right down.
3. Fatty Cuts Of Organic Red Meat
Where fibers and crucifers focus on reducing estrogen, this particular food’s focus is on boosting testosterone.
I won’t go into all the detail now, but fats really aren’t as evil as the government, media and even your doctor, make them out to be.

Did you know that testosterone is made from cholesterol? Yes, public enemy #1, cholesterol, is actually GOOD for you if you get it from healthy natural sources like animal fats. Saturated fats, especially from animal sources, help to boost testosterone levels. That’s why studies show that vegetarians have lower testosterone levels than meat eaters.
Also, low fat diets are known to increase sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG). For us guys with man boobs, SHBG is just as big an enemy as estrogen, because SHBG binds to testosterone and renders it inactive.
You know how people lose their muscle and mojo as they age? Most people think this is because your testosterone levels go down as you get older. But the latest studies are showing that it’s really because your levels of SHBG go up as you get older.
When you get your testosterone levels tested, it’s important to check your levels of FREE testosterone, because this is a measure of testosterone that is not bound to SHBG. Most labs only show you your total testosterone, which isn’t very useful, because it doesn’t take into account how much of your testosterone is bound to SHBG.
So SHBG is a big player, since it decides how much of your testosterone is active. Increasing your saturated fat intake will help to decrease SHBG and boost both free and total testosterone.
Why do you have to go organic?
Because today, around 80% of cows in the U.S. receive an implant in their ear that delivers a hormone, usually a form of estrogen and other hormones, into their bodies. These hormones help cattle to grow bigger and produce more milk. The hormones accumulate in the animal’s fatty tissues, so eating fatty cuts of hormone-infested meat COULD very well move things in the wrong direction for your man boobs.
In my experience, eating fatty cuts of hormone-treated meat hasn’t caused any big problems. I’m guessing this is because the effects of the synthetic estrogens are canceled out by the boost in testosterone you get from the increased saturated fat consumption. However when you switch to organic meat, you’re likely to suddenly see a powerful man boob shrinking effect.
Don’t forget that non-organic livestock are also mostly fed pesticide infested, genetically modified grain and soy. Pesticides are generally highly estrogenic, and also build up in the animal’s fatty tissues. So in non-organic livestock, there’s a LIFETIME of estrogens accumulating in the the fatty tissues. Believe me when I tell you, going organic makes a BIG difference.
So there’s three foods all guys with man boobs should eat more of. Increase your intake of these foods and your man boobs are sure to start shrinking.
