Here’s a powerful man boob busting meal idea for you.
All I did was turn on a pan, add some healthy fat, then throw in a piece of burger meat and some chopped carrots and asparagus.
Sure, you retain more of the benefit from carrots and asparagus if you steam them, but this was more convenient – everything in one pan so there’s less washing-up needed.
Keep the temperature low so you don’t obliterate all of the micronutrients in the veggies.
It’s not a HUGE meal, but I wasn’t all that hungry.
Here’s how the different ingredients here help you lose man boobs.

The Easy Way To Make Delicious Burger Patties
Get yourself a burger press.
Get some minced meat. It can be lamb, mutton, beef, goat, chicken, turkey, whatever you like. Preferably organic and pasture-raised rather than grain-fed.
Weigh the meat and throw it in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of sea salt per pound of meat, and mix with a spoon.
Leave covered in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours. This allows the salt to penetrate the meat, it’s called dry brining, and it works wonders for boosting flavor. No flavor enhancers like MSG needed.
Then take out your burger press, press out those patties, and throw ’em in the freezer.
The Only Way To Fully Enjoy Those Burger Patties
You can have them with veggies, have them with eggs, have them by themselves, but c’mon, we all know the best way to enjoy a burger patty is to have it as a full-on hamburger.
