Are “BPA-Free” Plastics Safe For Guys With Man Boobs?

Most people nowadays know about BPA, which stands for bisphenol-A, an industrial chemical that is used to make certain plastics.

It's common knowledge now that BPA is an environmental estrogen that easily enters the human body through the skin when you touch it, and through the gut when you consume it.

By increasing estrogenic activity in the body, BPA has been shown to increase the risk of estrogen sensitive conditions such as breast cancer, obesity, type 2 diabetes, reproductive disorders, testicular cancer, and prostate cancer. Animal studies suggest that exposure to BPA may cause gynecomastia in men.

Realizing that the public is now aware of the dangers of BPA, plastic product manufacturers have now come up with “BPA-Free” plastics. Nowadays it's common to see “BPA-Free” baby bottles, “BPA-Free” plastic food containers, “BPA-Free” water bottles and so on.

But I know what these bastards are like.

They don't give a rat's ass about us, all they care about is how much money they make.

They only came up with “BPA-Free” because it would make them more money. They did it so health conscious people who know about the dangers of BPA would start buying their products again.

I'm writing to you today, because I just came across this 2011 study where researchers analyzed a bunch of common plastic food products we all use, to see how much estrogenic chemicals they released.

They tested 455 commercially available plastic products, which included the likes of flexible packaging, food wrap, plastic food containers, deli containers, baby bottles, and plastic bags.

They found that almost all of the products they tested, “leached chemicals having reliably detectable estrogen activity, including those advertised as BPA free”. They also found that, “In some cases, BPA-free products released chemicals having more EA than did BPA-containing products.”

So this whole “BPA-Free” thing is a big fat SCAM.

If you want to lose man boobs, I strongly recommend avoiding ALL plastics, regardless of whether or not they are BPA-free. Stick to using stainless steel, glass, and ceramics for holding your food, water, and drinks. Avoid using plastic food wrap (cling film) and those disposable food preparation gloves.

Other places you get exposed to BPA include from tap water (since drinking water pipes are lined with BPA), canned food (since cans are lined with BPA, this is a major source), and from handling thermal paper – receipts, boarding passes, and print tickets (since thermal paper is made with BPA).

Since our use of plastics is so widespread, BPA and other estrogenic particles are in dust and in the air that we breathe, so there's no avoiding it completely. This is why it's important to counteract the effects of estrogenic chemicals using things that are known to reduce the effect of estrogen on the body.

The most powerful known natural estrogen blocking substance we know of, is turmeric.

I personally make copious use of fresh grated turmeric (check out my turmeric coffee recipe AND take a good turmeric supplement daily.

It's hard to go wrong with fresh turmeric. The best ones are the ones with a deep orange color on the inside. The deeper the orange, the more of the active component, curcumin, it contains.

Most turmeric supplements are trash however, and do nothing. Here's a good one I found after having tried out many different ones.

Although some people get great results in their man boobs from using turmeric alone, most guys also need to exercise right, change how they eat, and avoid a bunch of other chemicals. You'll find all the details you need in How To Lose Man Boobs Naturally.
