Can’t Get A Man Boobs Coach? Here’s An Alternative

Today I wanna tell you about this amazing resource I came across that can help you lose your man boobs.

See, ideally, to lose your man boobs and build the body of your dreams, you need a coach who you can see face to face.

But I’m the only man boobs coach I know, and there are only so many clients I can take on.

The next best thing would be to see a fitness and nutrition coach who has a similar fitness and nutrition philosophy as I do.

Unfortunately, most personal trainers and nutritionists will have you counting calories, doing cardio, and training isolated body parts each day with weights.

This is the kind of conventional bullshit that doesn’t work for man boobs.

Nutritionists and fitness pros who share my way of doing things do exist, but they are rare. If you find one, then hiring him/her will be the best thing you ever do for your man boobs.

A face to face, one on one coach will do two important things for you:

1. Impart knowledge

They will teach you the right things you need to do in order to lose your man boobs and build the body of your dreams.

2. Motivate you and give you regular reminders

Seeing a coach will help you stay motivated toward your goal. They will inspire you, they will remind you how important it is to train and eat right, and you won’t want to let them down.

All of these things will help you stay on your path for long enough to lose your man boobs and reach your goal.

But What If You Can’t Get A Coach?

Let’s say you either can’t afford a one on one coach, or you can’t FIND a coach who doesn’t make you count calories and kills you on the treadmill every day.

What’s the next best thing?

Well, you’re in luck, because I’ve discovered something that can REALLY help you out.

PODCASTS.

I've found an excellent podcast that will help you lose your man boobs, I'll tell you about it in a sec.

Listening to a good podcast DAILY, will do two important things for you:

1. Impart knowledge

If you can’t get a coach with the right knowledge, then with the right podcast, you can arm yourself with the right knowledge you need to lose your man boobs.

2. Motivate you and give you regular reminders

Just like having a coach can motivate you, consuming regular DAILY health & fitness content is a HUGE way to motivate you.

I write to you as frequently as I can, and sometimes I repeat the same email, because we all need frequent REMINDERS.

Remember when I told you how spinach can boost your strength, boost testosterone, and help you lose man boobs?

Well, despite how much I know about how good spinach is for you, I often forget and stop eating spinach. But every time I read an article, or I write to YOU about spinach, I’m reminded about how important it is, and I run to the store and get some and stuff my face with it.

If you don’t have a coach to remind you, then a podcast will do just fine.

You just have to make sure you listen to it every day.

“So Garry, Tell Me About A Good Podcast I Can Start Listening To”

Good health & fitness podcasts that will help you lose your man boobs are just as rare as good coaches.

But the good thing about podcasts is one good podcast can reach the whole WORLD, so you only need to find that ONE good podcast.

So here’s a quick story about how I found an awesome podcast for you to listen to, one that will help you on your journey to losing man boobs.

See, I’ve been into self help ever since I was 18 (I’m in my late 30’s now), and for a good few years I’ve been listening to different success podcasts.

Whether the podcast was about financial success, success in relationships, or just how to be happy in life, they all had one common topic that they kept touching on. They all stressed the importance of HEALTH.

All these experts come on the show and talk about how if you want to be financially successful, or if you want to be successful in your relationships with your loved ones, or if you want to be happy in life, one of the most important things you must do is look out for your HEALTH.

And it’s totally true.

I hear that Richard Branson was once asked something along the lines of, “what’s the single most important piece of advice you would give to aspiring billionaires?” To which he replied, “work out”.

Billionaires Richard Branson, Mark Zuckerberg, Oprah Winfrey, Mark Cuban, and Jack Dorsey, all attribute a big part of their success to regularly working out and looking after their health.

So if health is such an integral part to success, I figured why not find a good HEALTH podcast and listen to that as well?

I wanted to find a good health podcast that would not only help ME by reminding me to be healthy (yes, even at an advanced level, you need regular reminders to keep being healthy), I wanted one that would help YOU as well.

I knew there wouldn’t be any podcasts on losing man boobs, so I searched for a weight loss podcast.

When I searched for “weight loss” on my iPhone Podcasts app, all I could find was a bunch of crap by women, for women, where all they talk about is counting shitty calories.

Then I decided to search for “Health” instead, and I found a whole bunch of really potentially good stuff for us men.

I haven’t listened to them all yet, but one REALLY good one I found is Shawn Stevenson’s, “The Model Health Show Podcast”.

What I really like about this podcast, is that Shawn’s diet, training, and lifestyle philosophy is very similar to mine. Probably around 80% of the stuff Shawn talks about regarding maximizing health and fitness, will help you lose your man boobs.

Now, Shawn doesn’t go into detail about specific tactics for losing man boobs, the way I do in my programs, but he does have the general health & fitness part really dialed in.

For example, in one of his podcasts he talks about…

  • why it’s a mistake to count calories,
  • why it’s a mistake to do cardio,
  • why you need to make a shift in your identity,
  • why you shouldn’t expect too much too soon,
  • and why you should focus on changing your hormones!

These are all things I’ve been telling you about for years, and I have to admit, I’ve often felt you don’t believe me because nobody else is talking about this stuff.

But now I’ve got Shawn Stevenson backing me up, affirming to you that my stuff really does work, that the conventional method of counting calories and doing cardio really IS down right WRONG.

I listen to Shawn’s podcast now when I’m driving, when I’m doing thoughtless tasks like washing the dishes, and right now, I’m going to go for a walk and listen to the podcast on the go.

Peace out, I’ll see you on the next one.
