  2. Garry thanks for all the great advice I hope it works for me tho. I’m 32 now and have very flabby man boobs and had them most of my life and I’ve tried lots of things now I’m still running 5km 2 or 3 times a week I’m 5’6 and 78kg with big boobs it sounds like your saying I need more testosterone how? Can I get a pill from a chemist as well as the weight training in your video, thanks heaps Damien from Tasmania Australia..

    • Hi Damien, thanks for your comment.

      Running long distances is a terrible way to try to lose man boobs. I talk about this in my free report, “The 3 Biggest Man Boob Mistakes” – feel free to download it and have a read. Please don’t buy any testosterone pills. The idea is to boost your testosterone naturally (long distance runners, by the way, have been shown to generally have lower T levels than sedentary individuals). Taking testosterone supplements can make your man boobs bigger, since excess testosterone is aromatized into estrogen in the body.

  3. If I do these exercises but add dips too, realistically how long should it take to notice at least a little difference? Nothing dramatic just a little difference. Oh I don’t belong to a gym any exercises you recommend to take the place of the lateral pulldowns and pullups?

    • Hi Tony

      It depends on what kind of results you’re looking for, your genes, your current hormonal balance, and your current build. The good thing about weight training is – if you do it right – you start to feel stronger, can feel your muscles growing, and see your body start to take shape within the first 2-3 weeks.

      If you have lots of chest fat to deal with, you also have to mind your diet, and take care of other lifestyle and hormonal factors.

      It’s great that you don’t belong to a gym. I mention in my book, the Chest Sculpting Blueprint, how going to the gym for most people is actually counterproductive. If you can’t sculpt a powerful physique at home with a simple set of weights, then you’re wasting your time and money going to the gym.

      You can’t do pulldowns without some form of pulley-mechanism. You’d have to get a pulldown machine. I’d much prefer you do pullups though, they’re a lot more effective – even if you can’t do ’em! You can start off by doing partial reps and reverses. I’ll do a detailed write-up in the near future here on this website. But for now, get yourself one of those door-frame chin-up bars, or better, a wall-mounted pullup bar.
