Doctor tells how progesterone can help with man boobs

In the video below, Dr Lam, a medical doctor with an interest in natural remedies, tells us how progesterone can help men with prostate problems and with man boobs.

In the video, Dr Lam mentions that progesterone's main action is to oppose estrogen.

High levels of estrogen exposure is the main reason why so many men today have man boobs.

He talks about how the world nowadays is filled with chemicals and environmental toxins, and that it's impossible to escape exposure to estrogen-like particles called “xenoestrogens”.

In my program, How To Lose Man Boobs Naturally, I show you the steps you need to take to minimize estrogen exposure, to help you lose your man boobs.

But Dr Lam is right.

You can't avoid it all.

Which is why it makes sense to protect yourself and fight back using excess estrogen's arch-enemy, progesterone.

Dr Lam says, “…especially men with clinical signs of gynecomastia, enlarged breasts, we consider these things [i.e. progesterone treatment] with the right workup“.

In the above video, Dr Lam mentions that it's good to take progesterone in cream form, and that men should take a lower dose than women.

If you do decide to give progesterone a try for your man boobs, I strongly suggest you pick up a progesterone cream that's specifically designed for men.

I've done my research on this, and it's not a good idea to use half the amount of a female cream. That's because the female creams are too concentrated, and the progesterone will be absorbed too quickly.

If you're looking for a good progesterone cream that's designed for men, then I suggest you try this one:

In the following article, I describe why the above cream is particularly good for guys looking to lose man boobs:

Dr Lam also mentions that there are normally no downsides to taking progesterone.

So unlike with medical drugs and surgery, you don't have to worry about side-effects when you use a progesterone cream to help get rid of your man boobs.

But he also cautions that progesterone isn't something that you just pick up from the counter without any consideration.

There are rare cases when progesterone could cause you some problems, such as when you have liver congestion and your liver is unable to metabolize progesterone.

As I have always advised you, though the right natural progesterone cream (like this one) is safe enough for you to just pick up and try and see how it goes, the safest thing to do is, as Dr Lam advises, seek the knowledge and supervision of a natural hormone healthcare specialist.

Your natural hormone specialist may recommend their own progesterone cream, but I've seen them all, and none are better than Hewis & Selby's cream, which you can get a hold of here:

Try your natural hormone specialist's cream by all means, but if it doesn't work, give the Hewis & Selby one a go and see if you don't get better results.

I won't promise that every guy with man boobs who tries this progesterone cream will lose his man boobs, but progesterone has such strong anti-estrogenic activity, that all guys with man boobs should at least give progesterone a try for a good 6 months.

But do seek the guidance of a professional first.

If you do give progesterone a go, let me know how you get on in the comments section below.

    • Hi

Please follow the instructions on the bottle. Do not apply it on your chest. The best places to apply it are thin-skinned areas with low levels of subcutaneous fat and high levels of blood flow. The way a progesterone cream works for man boobs is it gets into your blood through your skin, and it opposes estrogen on a systemic (i.e. whole body) level.

If you apply the cream on a fatty area like your chest, the progesterone will just sit there in your fat cells and it won’t have much of an effect.
