So here's an easy man boob busting meal idea: lamb chops & veg.

What I love most about this meal is it's easy as hell to prepare, and it was totally delicious!

You don't have to go shopping for the exact same ingredients. I simply raided my fridge and threw in whatever the hell was available. Just be sure to pick up the occasional veggie when you're out shopping.

How Does This Meal Help You Lose Man Boobs?

These fatty chops are a great source of healthy cholesterol to help boost testosterone levels. There's also a good amount of protein in there, which helps build muscle.

The Gouda cheese is a great source of vitamin K2, which helps boost testosterone.

The avocado (right at the top of that plate, bit to the right) is mostly monounsaturated fat, which is a well-known testosterone booster.

All of the vegetables on that plate are packed full of healthful vitamins and minerals that help protect your manly testosterone levels.

Mushrooms are particularly good, in that they have anti-aromatase activity. Aromatase is an enzyme that converts testosterone to estrogen. This means that mushrooms both reduce levels of the female hormone estrogen in your body, and boost testosterone. Plus they're damn delicious if you cook them right.

Damn straight it was!

One of the easiest meals I ever prepared.

One thing I do is I get a bunch of fatty lamb chops, put salt on them, leave them in the fridge for minimum 3 hours for the salt to move into the meat, then I freeze them, so I can take out a chop and cook it anytime I want without having to do anything to it, just throw it into the oven.

Here are the steps:

  1. Cut up the veggies:
Heck, you don't even have to cut 'em, just throw 'em in whole if you want. Cutting just reduces the cooking time.
  1. Throw everything (except the avocado and cheese, which you don't cook) on an oven dish and shake some sea-salt onto it (you can add some black pepper too if you like):
  1. Cook in the oven at around 300°F for 15 mins, take out and mix it all around, turn the chop, then cook for another 15 mins, then hey presto you're done:

Where Does All That Delicious Flavor Come From If You're Only Adding Salt?

The flavor comes from the meat and the veggies themselves, you don't need any special marinades or rubs, you just need to find the right veggies and the right source of meat.

Luckily, I know a farm nearby that sells fresh meat slaughtered on the day, and their lamb chops are the best. I encourage you to shop around until you find a butcher/farm that sells meat that tastes great with nothing but salt.

If you eat like this every day, being sure to avoid grains and grain-based foods like rice, pasta, bread, and starchy veggies like potatoes, you'll soon be on your way to a man-boob free body.

  1. You have done your homework. But so have I. I am 77. 18 years ago I had a melanoma on my arm removed but a new small tumor appeared 4 weeks later. I had been a vegetarian for 25 years and had been doing daily yoga for that time. I tried dozens of diets based on that but truthfully nothing worked. I went on the Blood Type Diet of Dr. Peter D’Adamo and that cancer went away. Unfortunately, I didn’t pay close attention to what he wrote–I am Blood Type O with a non-secretor status. He considers this group to have the worst health of all. He does not believe in Keto but I have to use part of it.
