Garry’s Delicious Man Boob Busting Vegetable Curry

Man Boob Busting Vegetable Curry

One powerful secret to losing man boobs and getting in shape, is to get good at cooking and preparing some delicious, totally mouth-watering dishes made up of healthy, man-boob fighting ingredients.

Whatever you do, it will take time for your body to remodel itself by burning fat from your chest. If you just lived on a diet of raw broccoli and dried up, overcooked chunks of meat'n fish, after a few days, you'd lose the will to live let alone the will to lose man boobs.

So I really can't tell you how absolutely invaluable it is to get good at cooking stuff that you actually enjoy and look forward to. For a lot of guys, this is the one thing that decides whether or not they succeed.

So it makes sense to eat foods that taste good, ones that you really enjoy and look forward to eating every day, and yet over time, help to get rid of your man boobs.

Man Boob Curry

The secret to success in losing man boobs lies in making changes you enjoy. So an easy to prepare and delicious curry that will also help reduce those man boobs is just what you need.

Remember, the secret lies in enjoying the new lifestyle changes you make. It's far better to make small changes that you enjoy, than it is to make big changes you hate. So rather than jump into a hardcore raw-vegetable diet, I want you to incorporate this delicious, mouth-watering vegetable curry into your man boob diet meal plan.

And trust me, unlike what you would normally expect from a ‘healthy' recipe, this vegetable curry will probably be one of the best curries you have ever tasted! An actual Indian chef taught me this recipe, and no ready-made curry in your local supermarket can match it.

A quick word of advice…

What puts me off most about learning to cook something new is having to go out there and look for all the ingredients.

Thankfully, this is a very simple recipe and a lot of the ingredients will probably already be in your house – like onions, garlic, carrots and potatoes.

Some of the ingredients you'll have to get out there and search for – like the three different spices needed for this recipe. But don't let this put you off.

These spices (especially turmeric) are tremendously beneficial for natural male breast reduction.

A spice like turmeric should always be stocked in your kitchen, even if you're not cooking any curries.

Spices have a tremendously long shelf-life, so you only have to get out there once to stock up your kitchen and they will last you for months.

Also, once you know where to find them – what shelf these spices are stacked on in your local supermarket – you'll know exactly where they are so it will be easy to find them next time.

Here's Everything You Will Need – Ingredients & Their Benefits

Vegetables

Ingredient 1: Garlic

Garlic

Quantity: 4 Cloves

Benefits: Garlic is a super-food when it comes to losing man boobs. It contains sulphur-based compounds, phytochemicals and flavenoids that increase testosterone and decrease the stress hormone cortisol, thereby decreasing estrogen and helping to get rid of your man boobs.

Garlic also helps you to lose weight via a number of different mechanisms. It is beneficial both when you have it raw, and when it is cooked.

Ingredient 2: Onions

OnionsQuantity: 1/2 Medium Sized Onion

Benefits: The onion is a close relative of garlic and possesses many similar qualities. Although it contains a lower level of sulphur based compounds than garlic, it has the highest level of the flavenoid quercetin than any other vegetable. Quercetin plays an important role in body fat reduction.

Clinical studies also suggest that onions can significantly boost testosterone levels and improve sperm quality in males.

Ingredient 3: Carrots

CarrotsQuantity: 2 Medium Sized Carrots

Benefits: Carrots are given their orange color by the pigment beta-carotene. Beta-carotene is the most abundant form of vitamin A in our food.

Studies have shown that vitamin A travels to the testes, where it directly increases testosterone production.

Carrots are very helpful for losing man boobs, since they contain more beta-carotene than almost any other vegetable.

Ingredient 4: White Potatoes (Unpealed)

PotatoesQuantity: 2 Medium Sized White Potatoes

BenefitsTaken in moderation, white potatoes can actually be good for you.

The only complaint is that they have a high glycemic index, which means that they turn into sugar quickly in your body and can lead to weight-gain.

However, this effect is significantly reduced when you eat potatoes with the peel on, and also when you eat potatoes with other fibrous foods – like carrots :) .

Potatoes are an excellent source of vitamin C, iron and the B-vitamins. One of the benefits of B-vitamins is they increase your metabolism, thereby helping you to lose weight. Iron in potatoes combined with vitamin A in carrots can help to increase testosterone levels.

Ingredient 5: Green Beans (Optional, Fresh – Not Canned)

Green BeansQuantity: 1 Handful

Benefits: Just like soybeans, green beans are from the legume family of plants. The phytoestrogens in green beans contain even weaker phytoestrogens than soybeans, making them a widely-accepted estrogen-inhibitor.

Inhibiting estrogen is a very important factor in male breast reduction.

Green beans are also an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, iron, fiber, muscle-enhancing proteins, B-vitamins and vitamins A, C and K.

To Go Organic Or Not?

Of course it is best to go organic if you can when it comes to selecting your vegetables. But I totally understand that it isn't always possible, since organic produce is certainly more expensive and can be difficult to find depending on where you live.

It is widely accepted among doctors, nutritionists and alternative health practitioners, that it is far better to have non-organic vegetables than no vegetables at all.

In fact the vast majority of studies that establish the benefits of fruits and vegetables in prolonging life, preventing and curing disease etc, do so using the NON-organic variety.

It is true that pesticides contain xenoestrogens that can make it harder to lose those man boobs, though in my experience the benefits from most vegetables outweigh the harm done by pesticides.

If you are still worried by the effect of pesticides and other chemicals on your man boobs, then here's something you can do…

A Little Secret For Getting Rid Of Those Chemicals

Natural acids like vinegar can be used to neutralize many chemicals, including pesticides, that exist on the surface of non-organic fruits and vegetables.

All you need to do is rinse your non-organic fruit'n veg for 30 minutes in a sink or bowl full of water, with 4-8 ounces of distilled vinegar.

Spices

Ingredient 1: Ground Turmeric

TurmericQuantity: 1/2 Teaspoon

Benefits: Here is another super-food in your man boob reduction arsenal. Turmeric has a vast range of different health benefits. Not only can it prevent and sometimes cure serious ailments like cancer, Alzheimer's, asthma, eczema and inflammatory bowel disease, but it can also play an active and powerful role in getting rid of man boobs.

Curcumin, the main active ingredient in turmeric, has been found to have a very powerful anti-estrogenic effect that rivals the potency of the medical drug tamoxifen.

Where Can You Get Turmeric?

Turmeric is readily available in most supermarkets, grocery stores and health food stores. If you prefer the convenience of ordering online, you can get it here.

Ingredient 2: Coriander Powder

CorianderQuantity: 1/2 Teaspoon

Benefits: Coriander is used in this recipe purely for the taste factor. As with most spices however, it does still have a range of different health benefits.

Coriander has a very high phytochemical and micronutrient content, and is a known anti-diabetic and anti-inflammatory agent. It also lowers cholesterol and has antimicrobial effects, and can theoretically also boost testosterone by removing mercury from your body.

Ingredient 3: Mild Curry Powder (Optional)

Curry PowderQuantity: 1/2 Teaspoon Full

A curry powder contains a mixture of spices, which makes it very convenient to have around the kitchen. Rather than storing 5-10+ different spices separately, you can have it all in one.

The curry powder I use contains coriander, turmeric, mustard, chillies, ginger, cumin seeds and fenugreek. If the curry powder you choose to use contains coriander and turmeric, you can skip adding these two ingredients separately as mentioned above and just use the curry powder if you're feeling lazy. Personally however I find that adding extra turmeric and coriander powder adds more flavor to the curry.

Where Can You Get A Good Curry Powder From?

You can find a selection of curry powders in most indian grocery stores, and also quite commonly in large supermarkets. You can also get the curry powder I use online here. Mind you it's ridiculously expensive online compared to the prices you'll find in indian grocery stores, so try to find one of those near you if you want to save a bit of cash.

Other Ingredients

Ingredient 1: Coconut Oil

some_text

Quantity: 2 Tablespoons

Benefits: Coconut oil has numerous health benefits. As well as helping boost testosterone levels, the medium chain fatty acids in coconut oil can help you to lose weight. Yes, consuming this fat can actually help you lose body fat.

Coconut oil is the single most healthy oil you can use in your cooking. It's good for your heart, brain, joints, bones and digestive tract. It also prevents disease like cancer, and can alleviate inflammatory disorders like asthma and arthritis.

You can get coconut oil online. If buying from the store, be sure to avoid the cheap, highly refined stuff. If you can't get a hold of coconut oil, you can use either butter or ghee in its place. Not as healthy, but not bad for you either.

Ingredient 2: Salt

SaltQuantity: Variable – More Than Or Less Than 1 Teaspoon

Benefits? Of all the above ingredients, salt is the only one that is NOT good for you. It is however, necessary to add taste to the dish. I highly recommend however, that you reduce the salt content in your food gradually over time.

Quick Ingredients List

Vegetables

  • 4 Cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 Handful Green Beans (Optional)
Spices

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Mild Curry Powder

Other

  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (or butter/ghee)
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt (More Or Less – Adjust To Taste)

Putting It All Together – Cooking Instructions

So here comes the easy part.

Step 1

Grate and crush the garlic and leave to the side for it to react with the air for at least 15 minutes (max 90 mins) (this brings out more of the beneficial component, allicin). You can crush garlic by pressing down on it with a spoon, or using the flat side of a knife to squash it against the surface of a chopping board.

Step 2

Slice the onions into thin slices, the carrots into relatively thick slices, and the potatoes into small cubes

Step 3

Start heating the pot/pan. Once warm, add in the coconut oil (2 tablespoons).

Step 4

When the coconut oil is warm, add in the garlic. Allow the garlic to cook until it is light brown.

Step 5

Add in the onions and salt. Allow the onions to cook until they are a golden brown.

Step 6 – The Secret To Making A REAL Indian Curry – Straight From An Indian Chef

I remember being served the occasional curry in school, college, and at work – they'd always taste horrible. I realize now that the mistakes our western cooks make is they sprinkle the spices in toward the end. This is not how they do things in south Asia.

Here's what you do…

Once the onions are a golden brown, add in the three spices – turmeric, coriander powder and curry powder. Fry until fragrant. It's hard to miss the aroma – it will smell like a delicious, fully-cooked indian curry, only it's just a mix of garlic, onions and spices.

Allow more of the aroma to be released by continuing to fry on low heat for another 5-10 minutes. Try to refrain from continually stirring, as we want the masala to stick to the bottom a little, exposing it to more heat. Don't let it settle for too long however, as we don't want it to burn. Use a wooden spoon to scrape the masala off the base of the pan just before it starts to burn then let it settle again.

This step is a crucial determinant of how the curry will taste in the end. Getting it right is a bit of an art and you will improve with practice. You need to strike a fine balance between cooking the spices properly and burning it too much. I say ‘too much' because, as instructed by the indian chef who taught me, you DO want to burn it a little. There tends to be quite a bit of smoke, and you may want to open the window to avoid setting off your smoke alarm.

I know the smoke may seem a little extreme, but trust me – this is how the Indians, the real experts, do it.

Step 7

After 5-10 minutes of doing step 6, you'll start to find it increasingly difficult to prevent the masala from burning too much. At this point, add in 1 to 2 tablespoons of water and mix.  Continue to cook on low heat until the water dries and the masala starts to stick again.

Step 8

Add in the carrots, potatoes and green beans and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add 200-300 ml of water and increase the heat to full – cover the pot and bring to a boil. Once boiled, reduce the heat on your cooker and allow to cook for at least another 10 minutes while covered. Turn the gas off when the potatoes and carrots have gone soft (though not TOO soft as to severely deplete the nutritional value).

Serving Suggestions

Best served with cauliflower rice.

Conclusion

It may seem like a lot of steps, but trust me, over time you'll find that it's a walk in the park. You can store this special man boob curry in the fridge and it will last you a good few days. If you want to make things even easier for yourself, you can cook yourself a bigger portion (just double all the ingredients) and freeze the curry to last you weeks!

This is one of a number of different man boob recipes that I use to maintain a flat, masculine chest. Believe me when I tell you it's absolutely delicious and in no way does it make me feel like I'm ‘dieting' or in any way straining myself to maintain that masculine physique.

A man boobs diet doesn't have to be difficult. In fact the best man boobs diet is one that you enjoy and look forward to, since the only way you'll ever get rid of those man boobs is by making positive changes you can maintain in the long-run.

  1. All of this is is good nutritional info other than that of your thoughts on Salt.
I suggest you really do a little more resaerch on salt itself becasue quite frankly itys actually the most vital ingriedient to human health on this entire page. All reccomendations to lower salt intake are false.

If this “revelation” bothers you, consider this — practically all ER patients are hooked up to an intravenous pump/drip as soon as they are admitted. What‘s an I.V. fluid? It‘s 0.9% solution of table salt. Hence, 5-6 grams of salt consumed daily represents 0.16% from total blood volume, and only 0.014% from all body fluids, which maintain similar “salinity.” So do what the doctors do to stabilize the critically sick — consume salt in moderation. It will do your body good.

    • I completely agree with the salt comment. I am not even sure if you need moderation with the correct types of salt. Salt is required for good health and provides the body with electricity required to run it.

      I like the article! Thanks

  5. Just bought how to lose man boobs naturally and love all the information in it!!! i do have a question regarding the type of fats to eat. so fatty ribeyes, fatty lamb chops and chicken skin are all good fats? presuming, of course they aren’t the fried variety…

Also, sour cream and soups such as cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups are good to go?

    Thanks for the help!

    • Hi Sammy, glad you like the book.

The animal fats you mention are perfectly fine. I go into detail about good fats and bad fats in this article:

      https://chestsculpting.com/good-fats-vs-bad-fats-are-all-fats-good/

Sour cream is fine. With cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups, the fats and veggies are fine, but you need to watch out for two things:

1: Flour, which is used as a thickener in these soups. Flour is a grain and should be avoided.
2: MSG, which is used as a flavor enhancer used in almost every type of broth or stock. MSG is used in LOTS of other products. It’s a known neurotoxin which can damage the hypothalamic pituitary axis in the brain, thereby killing your body’s signaling for testosterone production.

  6. Hey Garry,

Many of my friends and lot of guys on internet discussing about having fruits at night(only fruits in dinner) , some of them would tell having fruits at night not a good idea because sugar in the fruits directly convert into fat and some would advise that there is no issue with having fruits at night because they are low in calorie what or recommendation??

Can I do more multiple joint exercises like jumping jacks burpees mountain climbing just after HIIT workout ?? or it would end with over training ??

And I m just little concerned about green gram because I love to eat and I m taking 2 times a week although it is card dense is it safe?i read when it is boiled its carb amount drop down is it true??

  7. You said no carbs but chapati and brown rice contains carbs right?can i add chicken instead of potatoes?I’m currently on your 12 week program.

    Reply
    • Yes, I would advise you stay off the carbs, which includes chapati and brown rice. You can omit the potatoes and add chicken instead. One thing you can do with curries, is reduce the amount of curry powder you use, and eat it on its own, without rice/chapati.

  8. Hi Garry, I am suffering with Man Boobs. I read your articles and audio recordings on this “How to loose man boobs naturally” Thanks a lot. There is lot of info to understand . But I am very much surprised that I don’t see any fixed daily meal to boost the male hormone levels and loose man boobs. Please help me with a food plan (breakfast, lunch and dinner) so that I can strictly follow and see the results.

    • Hey Max. Those sugar cravings will eventually go away over time while you stick to a low carb diet. Meanwhile though, bananas, dates and sweet potatoes are all good for you, but in moderation.
