How Jason got rid of his puffy nipples

I received an email from a Jason, who told me how he got rid of his puffy nipples.

Here's his email:

“Hi Garry,

Thanks for the tip on using the [redacted, I'll reveal Jason's secret method below], it really worked!

I didn't really have a serious case of man boobs but I have always had the dreaded puffy nipples.

I did that one test where you pinch your nipples to feel if you have that hard lump inside and I did.

Now those lumps are totally gone.
It took like 3 months but it was so worth it. I feel like a different person not having to worry about how they look under my shirt.

I've always been a slender guy and the puffy nipples just killed my look.

I heard awhile ago that there was a natural cure to pretty much all ailments and in this case it was the truth because I did no exercising whatsoever.

Thanks!

Jason”

Now here's Jason's first sentence with the redacted secret method intact:

“Thanks for the tip on using the Curcumin with the black pepper extract and ginger for the man boobs, it really worked!”

There are two important lessons to take home from Jason's email:

  1. Turmeric works!
  2. You've got to try a method for a good couple of months before you can tell if it works. Physical body transformations take time. Jason would have seen no results had he tried turmeric for a couple days, or even a couple weeks and then quit.

Jason persisted, and now his puffy nipples are gone.

Turmeric is powerful stuff. I urge you to re-read the turmeric section in How To Lose Man Boobs Naturally, pages 113 to 121.

The thing that really struck a chord with me, is the 2009 study that showed curcumin in turmeric, even in low concentrations, inserts itself deep into your cells’ membranes, and actually changes the physical properties of the membrane.

By becoming a part of your cell membrane, the curcumin helps control what goes in and out of your cells.

So curcumin actually changes the very construction of your body on a cellular level!

It reminds me of those old sci-fi movies, where there’s some old guy dying of cancer, and then some advanced race comes along and cures him by injecting him with nanites –– tiny microscopic robots that destroy cancerous tissue, repair damaged cells, and re-enforce existing cells, so the guy becomes impervious to disease and becomes stronger, fitter and healthier than ever.

Turmeric is mother-nature's version of those nanites. It coats your cells and protects them from countless different diseases, even cancer, and important for guys with man boobs, it blocks estrogen.

So if you've given up on turmeric too early, pick up the habit of downing that stuff again 2-3 times a day (or adding it to your food). This time, keep at it religiously for at least 2-3 months, and see if you don't get the same results Jason did.

It takes a lot of effort and dedication to add turmeric to your food and use it in your cooking regularly for long enough to see changes in your chest.

The easiest way I've found is to take a good turmeric supplement. Here's one I've found that has worked really well for my clients, it contains both black pepper and ginger:
