How To Succeed With Low Carbohydrate Diets

I'm going to be totally honest with you today.

No hype. No exaggeration. None of that rubbish.

I've told you before that diet is the single most important factor when it comes to getting rid of man boobs and reducing body fat.

The late Vince Gironda, a body sculpting LEGEND, who successfully coached more stars and bodybuilding legends than ANYONE, was once reported to say that bodysculpting was 85% diet.

The problem is though, that MOST DIETS DON'T WORK.

According to UCLA researcher Tracy Mann, more than two-thirds of people who go on a diet, end up regaining more weight than they lost within just 2 years.

So the question is, how do we go about finding a diet that DOES work?

Well I believe I've found the secret key that makes a diet successful for almost ANYONE who tries it.

So far it has worked for me, it has worked for the dozens of clients I have coached one on one, and for many thousands I have helped through my books and websites.

The secret key is to take willpower out of the equation.

If you put 100 people on a diet today, I can easily predict that 99% of those people will fail MISERABLY with the diet, if the diet has either ONE of the following qualities:

  1. Restricts HOW MUCH they can eat (i.e. calorie counting and restricting calories).
  2. Makes them eat bland or outright disgusting food.

Low carb dieting tackles the problem of how much you can eat. With low carb dieting, you don't have to count calories, and you don't EVER have to go hungry. You can eat as much as you like, and as long as you avoid those sugars and those grains, you'll continue to lose body fat, and your chest will continue to flatten out.

Vince Gironda was reported to have said that instead of counting calories, you should be counting grams of carbohydrate. Once again, Vince was totally right.

But the truth is, that most people still FAIL with low carb diets. This is because people never get round to learning how to cook DELICIOUS low carb food.

The secret key to making diets work, the big secret key that I am referring to in this entire post, is this:

Learning to cook mouthwateringly DELICIOUS low-carb food!

If all you do is eat disgusting steamed vegetables and boiled chicken breasts, you'll lose fat fast, but it won't be long before you start to really CRAVE those sugary foods, your rice, your pasta, your desserts, your beans on toast. And it won't be long before you give in to your cravings.

The secret to indefinitely staying away from all the grains and the sugary stuff, is to learn to cook low-carb, grain-free meals that are absolutely DELICIOUS!

The secret lies in the taste.

You have to really enjoy eating your food, and you have to look forward to eating it every time.
