Intermittent Fasting – How To Starve Off The Breast Fat

Today I want to tell you about a powerful method of body fat reduction that can also help you to lose your man boobs. I've been experimenting with this method for the last few months, and it's been working really well.

Before I tell you about it, let me ask you a question.

Have you ever heard of there being an obesity crisis in Ethiopia? Well of course not. Ethiopians are generally as lean as people get.

The single most important factor that makes poverty-stricken Ethiopians lean, is that they have a severely calorie-restricted diet. It isn't that they're on the Atkin's diet, have 6 small meals a day, or that they only eat after a workout. The bottom line is, they eat LESS.

Though a lot of these different diets DO work for a lot of people, the fact remains that the single most sure-fire method for losing body fat is consistent calorie restriction. The science confirms it.

The key of course is ‘consistent'. I don't know about you, but I sure as hell don't have the willpower to severely restrict my calories for the rest of my life, knowing every day there's a McDonald's just around the corner, with a juicy quarter pounder with my name on it, dripping with animal-fat from the edges. Mmmmm.

The good news however, is there IS something we can do to restrict our calories without starving ourselves, without avoiding McDonalds, and without going on a chronic, low-calorie diet that kills our mood and makes us feel downright suicidal.

I’ve been experimenting with this method the last few months. It has helped me reach new levels of leanness, and unlike with traditional starvation diets, I’ve had a real good time with it and it hasn’t made me feel one bit deprived. More importantly, my clients who are trying it are reporting some powerful results in their chests.
