So I was listening to this podcast episode about success, by this guy called Bedros Keuilian, founder of Fit Body Boot Camp.
Keuilian said something very powerful about success, that applies just as much to losing man boobs.
I’ve told you about this approach time and time again, but it helps to hear it from someone else as well.
Here’s what Keuilian said in this podcast:
“Don’t go and try and fix your whole life, “Now all of a sudden I’m gona start eating clean and working out at the gym, and getting disciplined“, no, just pick one effing thing and do it for a couple of weeks.
Stop hitting the snooze button.
One little win stacked on top of another little win, stacked on top of another little win.
I don’t know about you, but I didn’t build an empire by doing one thing really good. It was a whole buncha little wins, stacked on top of each other.
I stopped hitting the snooze button.
Then I cleaned up my diet.
Then I start going back to the gym.
Then I started setting up date nights with my wife, because our marriage was falling apart.
And I did one little thing at a time, I stacked my wins, because otherwise it’s so overwhelming, how you gona do it all?”
When it comes to losing man boobs, there are a whole buncha different things you need to do.
But if you’re all in a rush and you try to do them all at the same time, you’re likely gona burn out and end up throwing in the towel.
You’d be much better off doing one thing at a time.
I got a little fat again a short while back, and here’s what I did to lose it all again.
First I stopped eating cookies with my tea.
After a week or so of doing this, I got used to it and I didn’t miss those cookies.
Then I stopped having french fries for dinner.
This was a tough one for me at first because I had gotten used to having french fries dipped in a mix of ketchup, mayonnaise, and Frank’s hot sauce.
But then I got used to it and didn’t miss those fries one bit.
Then I stopped eating so close to bed time.
Then I stopped stuffing my face during every meal, and left a little food on my plate.
Then I cleaned up my breakfast, making sure it was free of grain-based carbs.
With each change I struggled a bit at first, but since it was only ONE change, I didn’t struggle much.
Then when I got USED TO the change, I was no longer struggling.
Now I’m back to being lean again, I’m doing everything right with my diet, and I’m not struggling one bit.
I’m not starving myself, I’m not hungry all day, I don’t feel like I’m punishing myself one bit.
This approach makes both losingweight and losing man boobs so easy, you really don’t even feel like you’re trying.
It’s crucial though, that you make the CORRECT changes that will actually help you lose your man boobs.
