Today I want to tell you something that really works if you want to shrink your frame and tighten up that chest quickly.
See, I don’t walk around with abs all year round. When I visit my folks in the UK, my mom feeds me — literally force-feeds me — and I do get fat.
I actually allow myself to get fat every now and then, because I love experimenting with new and different ways to drop those pounds again.
And one method that works consistently in helping to get abs and tighten up my chest, is intermittent fasting.
Seriously, if you have a food disorder, or you eat too much, the best way to condition yourself to eat less, is through intermittent fasting.
But intermittent fasting does more than just condition you to eat less.
Intermittent fasting works because it *shocks your system*. Your body thinks you are going to die, because you are not strong, fast, or agile enough to procure food from the wild.
When your body thinks it’s starving and you might die, guess what it does?
It up-regulates fat-burning hormones like growth hormone and testosterone. It does this to give you energy, and to make you lighter, so you can move faster and go chase down that deer and eat it.
Studies also show that you are stronger in the fasted state vs the fed state. So your body also makes adaptations to ensure you can fight your way to that food if need be.
Low calorie diets on the other hand, DON’T work. This is because you can live indefinitely on a low calorie diet. Low calorie diets don’t work because they don’t shock your system.
While studies show that a short intermittent fast can boost fat-blasting growth hormone levels by up to 2,000 per cent, they show that low calorie diets don’t boost growth hormone AT ALL (even if it’s an ULTRA-LOW calorie diet).
When you fast intermittently (just 2 days a week), your body stays poised and prepared for the possibility of sudden starvation. It literally changes your physiology, so you store less fat, and grow more muscle. It makes you stronger, faster, lighter and more agile, so should you find yourself starving again, you can do what it takes to procure that food.
Intermittent fasting doesn’t have to be difficult… if you do it the right way, the way I’ve been doing it all these years.
Your body REMEMBERS a shock to the system. You don’t have to remind it every day by fasting daily, you only need to fast two days a week at MOST. Even one fast a week will get you results.
The ideal fast length is 24 hours, but that’s tough for most people. Studies show that a fast as short as 16 hours is enough to stimulate growth hormone release and long-term body fat reduction.
Here’s how easy a 16 hour fast is:
You have your last meal at 8pm, sleep 8 hours, wake up and break your fast at 12pm the next day. That’s 16 hours right there, 8 of which is spent sleeping!
For those who have my program, Untold Secrets of Intermittent Fasting – here’s a tip to make intermittent fasting even easier!
If you have my program, Untold Secrets of Intermittent Fasting, then you might be doing 16 hour fasts twice a week, say on Mondays and Thursdays (as these days are spaced evenly apart).
One problem I had with this, is I started DREADING those Sundays and Wednesdays, when I had to go to bed hungry.
So you know what I did?
I stopped giving myself a schedule of when I had to fast.
Now what I do is I fast whenever I know it’s going to be easy.
Sometimes I wake up in the morning and realize that the last thing I ate was at 9pm the night before. So I just skip my breakfast and eat lunch at 1pm, and that’s a 16 hour fast.
Sure, I suffer from hunger pangs for a SHORT while, but it goes away, and often when 1pm approaches, it’s easy to go on for longer — if it’s something you want to do at the time, you can extend the fast to 18 hours, or even 24 hours.
So if it’s tough sticking to a schedule, then just fast every now and then — when it’s easy — just try and do 2 fasts a week. It’s ok if you do a little less, or a little more.
And hey, if you DON’T have my guide, Untold Secrets of Intermittent Fasting, then get it. It’s full of unique tips and tricks that help make intermittent fasting easier.
Did you know for example, that there are some things you can consume that will fill your belly, kill those hunger pangs, and yet NOT break your fast?
And here’s something that’s even better…
Did you know that there was a method to release sugar into your blood, so you kill your hunger WITHOUT eating? And no, it doesn’t involve using needles either :p

Christmas is around the corner and I’ll bet you want to look good when you see your family. Intermittent fasting slims you down fast. If you’re seriously big right now, you’re not going to get washboard abs by Christmas if you started fasting intermittently today, but you most certainly can slim down enough for people to notice.
You may also fear putting on some pounds with all the extra food that goes around at this time of year. Intermittent fasting also conditions you to eat less without getting hungry. It’s 3:24 pm right now, I’m not fasting today, yet all I’ve had to eat today is an omelette for breakfast, and a coupla left over fried wings for lunch. I’m not using willpower to avoid eating, I’m really just not hungry.
Intermittent fasting can help you avoid stuffing your face over Christmas, and if you do stuff your face, it can help you avoid piling on the pounds, and even help you get lean.
In the long-run, I really do think intermittent fasting can help get you that body of your dreams.
It’s simple stuff, try it and see how you get on. When you find that it works, and you want to make it easier or more effective, then pick up a copy of Untold Secrets of Intermittent Fasting. But do hurry if you want it at its current low price of just $9.97.
