Quick’n Easy Man Boob Busting Onion Omelette

OOOhhhh this is SO delicious when you get it right, and it can help you lose man boobs AND burn fat AND grow muscle. Plus it's so quick and easy to prepare.

I've been a bit obsessed with onion omelettes lately, I have one almost EVERY morning.

It's so damn easy to make and it's tasty as hell when you get it right.

It keeps you full for a good 3 hours minimum (especially when you top it up with a nice cup of tea), and the ingredients get to work at boosting your testosterone levels, building muscle, burning fat, and getting rid of your man boobs.

Ingredients

  • 2 free range (pastured) eggs
  • 1 small onion (red or yellow)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • coconut oil for frying

How Do These Ingredients Help You Lose Man Boobs?

Pastured eggs

The legendary Vince Gironda was crazy about eggs. He said about eggs,

“…bodybuilding nutrition today is “procuring male hormone!” You can do it artificially with steroids or naturally with eggs, which is better than any steroid pill!”

By “male hormone”, Vince is referring to testosterone. Testosterone plays a big role in helping to get rid of man boobs.

It's important to get pastured eggs rather than eggs from caged hens because studies have found that pastured eggs contain far higher levels of vitamins and minerals like phosphorus, sulfur, iron, and Vitamin A.

Onion

Studies show that onions boost testosterone levels in men.

They do this via multiple mechanisms, including increasing the production of luteinizing hormone (which signals the testes to create more testosterone), enhancing the antioxidant defense mechanism in the testes, neutralizing the damaging effects of free radicals, reducing insulin resistance, increasing nitric oxide production, and more.

Coconut oil

Coconut oil is perhaps the single healthiest fat we know of.

The latest studies are showing that healthy sources of fat, yes, even saturated fat and dietary cholesterol, are not bad for your heart and they do not make you fat.

In fact, eating healthy saturated fats, such as fat, skin, butter, milk, ghee, etc. from grass-fed organic animals, can actually help you LOSE body fat and boost testosterone.

But coconut oil is a breed apart from all the rest, because it is comprised almost entirely of medium chain triglycerides (MCT's), which both boost your metabolism and reduce your appetite.

Coconut oil is so completely different from apple cider vinegar. One is pure fat, the other has zero fat. These two substances cause body fat reduction via completely different mechanisms, and you'd be a fool to not use BOTH ingredients to get a seriously huge, DOUBLE-WHAMMY weight loss effect.

Here's How You Make The Omelette

Cut the onion into thin slices, beat the eggs, add the salt, and mix everything together in a bowl.

Look at how deep orange, almost red the eggs are. That's because I used pastured eggs, and pastured eggs contain more carotenoids, which is what gives carrots and sweet potatoes their color.

Heat coconut oil on a pan. Make sure it's hot (though not smoking) before you add the eggs. You want to hear the egg sizzle as soon as you put it on the pan.

Immediately cover and cook for 5 minutes per side on medium-low heat.

Add more coconut oil for the other side of the omelette.

Pick up the pan every now and then and give it a sideways shake to stop the egg from sticking to the pan, and to redistribute the oil.

How good this tastes depends on the doneness of the onions. If you cook it on a medium-low heat for long enough, the onions impart this sweet flavor throughout the omelette, and the end result is mouthwateringly delicious.

If the heat is too low, it tastes like it was boiled in water, which isn't nice at all. If the heat is too high, you don't get the sweet aroma from the onions because you either haven't cooked them for long enough or you've burnt them.

If it doesn't turn out right the first time, keep trying, and you'll eventually get it right. When you do, you'll realize how delicious this simple omelette is, and you won't want to go a breakfast without it!
