Simple Vinaigrette Recipe

Salads are awesome, the more salad you eat, the better your chances at losing man boobs.

But salads tend to also be disgusting, unless you mix in a good vinaigrette.

Unfortunately, the vinaigrettes and sauces you get at the supermarkets, and the ones they use in those delicious free salads they serve before your meal in Turkish restaurants, are chocked full of sugar.

That's why you should always make your own vinaigrettes, and thankfully, a basic vinaigrette needs just 3 ingredients, and all you do is add them together and mix.

All you need is an oil, a vinegar, and a healthy sweetener.

I like to use 6 parts oil, 2 parts vinegar, and one part sweetener, though you can vary those portions depending on how you want to flavor it.

For one salad, I might use 3 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and half a tablespoon of sweetener.

For the oil, you could use extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, or rice bran oil.

For the vinegar, I highly advise apple cider vinegar, which is a health-boosting superfood that could help you lose your man boobs, here's how. You could also use balsalmic vinegar or red/white wine vinegar.

For the sweetener, you could use erythritol, xylitol, raw organic honey, or maple syrup.

You put it all together in a little bowl or jar:

And then mix with a spoon (or shake the jar):

Pour this into your salad, mix it up, and you've got yourself a tasty salad!

Other things you can add to your vinaigrette is salt'n pepper, mustard, and grated garlic.

You can also make a large batch and keep it in a jar in the fridge.

Here's a website that details a recipe for larger batches:
