Arnold gave terrible training advice. He knew what worked for himself and he did a great job building one of the greatest bodies of all time, it was truly magnificent.
But it’s no secret that Arnold took steroids, and his advice to train all day and all night, will only work for people who are both genetically gifted, AND taking steroids. Arnold was also famous for giving bad advice on PURPOSE because he didn’t want his competitors beating him.
