Lose Man Boobs & Build A Manly Chest

Push-Up

If I had to choose between the bench press and push-up for losing man boobs, I’d choose the push-up.

The push-up is a much better whole-body exercise that stimulates your metabolism far better than the bench press. I don’t know of any studies comparing the testosterone boosts between the bench press and push-up, but I’m 100% sure the push-up will yield bigger testosterone boosts due to its whole-body involvement.

There are many different ways you can do push-ups, and I’ll be adding more push-up articles and videos below in the near future.
