I was just talking to my girlfriend’s bro yesterday.

Watching this guy makes me so glad I’ve adopted the kind of diet and training regimen that helps me easily stay lean and looking great all year round, without feeling like I’m even TRYING..
Most people think the secret behind fast and seemingly effortless weight loss, man boob reduction and muscle growth all lies in some special super-powerful training tactic, or some top-secret diet, but it’s not true.
Sure, the TYPE of training you do and the type of food you eat is VERY important, especially when it comes to losing man boobs.

But there’s something else that’s equally important, and that something else is your mindset.
Yup. As boring as it sounds, mindset is key when it comes to losing man boobs, it’s also key when it comes to seemingly effortless body fat reduction and muscle growth.
When I lost my man boobs, it seemed effortless.
When I now maintain my great body all year round, it doesn’t even feel like I’m trying.
Because I don’t train and I don’t eat well because I want to lose my man boobs.
I train and eat well because this is the way we are MEANT to exist in this world.
Here’s what I mean…
Before life became so convenient with supermarkets, fast food restaurants, social security checks and Amazon Prime, we had to hunt for our food, physically build our own shelter, and fight to protect ourselves and our loved ones. We HAD to be strong, healthy and physically fit to survive.
Man lived this way back in the Paleolithic era, and anthropological studies show that Paleolithic man was by far the strongest, fittest, healthiest, most robust form of human being that ever existed. And it wasn’t because his genes were any different, it’s because he ate natural food and lived a natural lifestyle where he hunted down his own food, built his own shelter, fought to protect himself and so on.
If you want to be healthy, if you want to have a great body, if you want to have muscles and be physically fit and strong, if you want to lose man boobs, then you need to live the way Paleolithic man lived.
Now I’m not saying you have to stop doing your grocery shopping at the supermarket and go hunt down your own food. I’m not telling you to cancel your Netflix subscription and wifi connection and go live out in the jungle.
All I’m telling you to do is to spend a little time here and there in the week, EMULATING Paleolithic man’s movement patterns–by lifting heavy things, moving your body, climbing, sprinting, grappling, etc.
You also have to eat the kind of natural food that was available back in the Paleolithic era–natural whole-foods like vegetables, fish, meat, eggs, nuts and seeds.
And I’m telling you to live this way because you were MEANT to live this way, because it’s in your genetic identity, and because it’s your responsibility as a man to be strong, fit, agile, fast, and capable of providing for and protecting your loved ones. Don’t live this way just because you want to lose your man boobs.
If you exercise and eat healthy because you want to lose man boobs, you will either fail, or end up with yo-yo results like with my girlfriend’s brother.
If you exercise and eat healthy because you know that that’s the way you were MEANT to live, then it’s only a matter of time before your chest flattens out and people look at you in awe because of how great a body you have.
And once you’ve lost your man boobs, you won’t even feel like you TRIED. Losing man boobs will seem effortless, because all of that training and healthy eating is something you would have done ANYWAY because it’s a part of who you are, like BREATHING is a part of who you are.
Unlike with my girlfriend’s brother, you won’t stop training and stop eating well once you get your results, because, well, this is how you are meant to live.
When he’s trying to lose weight, my girlfriend’s brother barely eats anything and trains 2-3 hours a day almost EVERY day. Thankfully, to lose man boobs, you don’t have to train for nearly as long and you don’t have to feel deprived of food and be hungry all the time.
Sure, you can’t live on junk and eat tons of ice cream every day, but the idea is to gradually re-align your mind and body so you no longer WANT to eat ice cream every day, you no longer WANT to eat junk so much, and no longer want to eat the kind of foods that harm your body because your DNA isn’t wired for you to eat this stuff.
You want to get to the point where eating the kind of foods that help you lose man boobs, and doing the kind of short intense workouts that help you lose man boobs, become a natural part of who you are, rather than something you do to try and lose man boobs.
