Turmeric Coffee

Turmeric Coffee

Everybody's going on about turmeric tea, but have you tried turmeric coffee?

The great thing about turmeric is it's a powerful anti-estrogen, and a lot of guys find it helps them to shrink their man boobs.

The most powerful way I've found to take turmeric is by taking it in the form of a tea using fresh grated turmeric as I show you here, not using ready-made turmeric tea bags, or using turmeric powder like most other people show you.

The trouble with turmeric tea is the flavor – surprisingly enough, it's not that bad, but it's also not nice enough to replace coffee or English tea. I never actually look forward to drinking turmeric tea, but with turmeric coffee it's different.

With turmeric coffee, the strong flavor of coffee overpowers the flavor of the turmeric, and though it tastes slightly different, it actually felt like I was drinking a nice cup of coffee.

To make turmeric coffee, you simply make turmeric tea the way I show you here, and add in a quarter teaspoon of coffee (or more if you like your coffee stronger).

You may or may not like this though, depending on how refined your taste buds are, but give it a go and see what you think.

And if you still don't like it, there's always those good old Hewis & Selby's turmeric capsules, which work just as well in the long-run, and are far less hassle than grating fresh turmeric root every day.
