What's The Best Gynecomastia Compression Shirt?
A good compression shirt will hide those man boobs and tuck in your belly, so you can feel confident about the way you look when you go out to mingle with other people, whether you're going to a friend's birthday party, to a wedding, or on a hot date.
Used correctly, a compression shirt can also help you to actually LOSE your man boobs, which is a topic I wrote about here:
In this post, I want to tell you about my favorite compression shirt.
It's a little-known compression shirt I found in a small shop in the UK when I was living there back in my college days. They've only recently put it up online (after a lot of nudging from me), and you can get it here:
(Or just go on Amazon and search “malx compression shirt”)
I've spent hundreds of dollars on trying out all the popular compression shirts on the market, and this particular shirt has the best balance between compression and comfort.
You might think compression is the only thing that matters, that you are willing to put up with all the discomfort in the world in order to hide those man boobs. But I've tried several of those ultra-compressing shirts, only to realize I can't last more than a few minutes in them.
What's the point in merely looking nice, when you're in so much discomfort, that you can't enjoy yourself at that party or when you're out with your friends. You can't make conversation, you can't have a laugh, and all you want to do is rush home and take that damn corset off and take a shower to get rid of all the stinky sweat.
The Malx compression shirt minimizes discomfort and it's made of a special material that wicks away moisture to keep you dry. It's the most comfortable compression shirt I've worn, it has a decent level of compression, and it's made of a durable material that lasts for years and doesn't shrink in the wash.
If you've got gynecomastia or man boobs, or you've got a few extra rolls on your belly, then one thing I'll warn you about is this vest looks kinda funny when you wear it by itself, because it hugs your figure so closely. At this stage, it's best to wear this shirt beneath other clothing.
The best thing for me, at MY stage of development, is you can still benefit from this shirt AFTER you've lost your man boobs.
Once you've lost your man boobs, you'll want to wear this shirt on the OUTSIDE, either in the summer, or at the gym.
Being a compression shirt, the material sticks to your body, giving you two cool benefits:
- You get to show off your great body – your abs, your pecs, every detail beneath the vest, and of course, every detail the vest doesn't cover, including your shoulders and arms.
- You benefit from the shirt's moisture-wicking technology. See, this compression shirt is made of special fibers that wick sweat away from your skin, and distributes sweat evenly throughout the fabric so it can easily evaporate off your body, leaving you feeling cooler and dryer during your workout than if you were topless.
Life can be miserable when you've got man boobs. I'm speaking from experience when I say that it helps to have something that can instantly make your chest look normal.
I understand that it can feel a little fake wearing a compression shirt, you are hiding the problem instead of fixing it. But fixing the problem takes time, and while you are working on actually getting rid of your man boobs using the methods in my program, all you are doing with a compression shirt, is making it so you can look good and enjoy your life NOW.
There's nothing fake about wearing a compression shirt if you know you are working on a system that will help you to actually lose your man boobs in the near future.
So click the link below, grab yourself a Malx compression shirt, and while you wear it and enjoy your new-found normal-looking body for the time-being, get to work on actually getting RID of your man boobs, so you can, in future, enjoy a great body without needing to wear a compression shirt.
Oh, and by the way, these guys have just gotten started online. Once you've bought their compression shirt, give them an honest review. Reviews will help them get noticed on Amazon, it will help keep their business afloat, so they're still in business when you need to buy a smaller size after you slim down in the future.
Oh, and another cool feature of this compression shirt I forgot to mention is that it looks just like a normal vest. Unlike a lot of those other compression shirts, it doesn't have any funny looking features around the chest to make it look like a compression shirt. So if you take your overlying t-shirt off by mistake, no-one will look at you and ask, “What the hell is that you're wearing?”
