HIIT

Studies show that high intensity interval training (HIIT) is far more effective than steady state cardio at torching body fat.

Cardio may be better at burning some fat DURING exercise, but HIIT, done right, leads to more favorable hormonal changes. HIIT also leads to muscle growth, as opposed to the muscle wastage you get with cardio. HIIT also boosts your metabolism.

All of these changes mean HIIT makes your body better at burning fat ALL THE TIME. Since it boosts testosterone, HIIT also helps you to lose man boobs.

Compare this with cardio, which studies have shown LOWERS testosterone, making it near impossible to lose your man boobs, even if you do manage to lose some weight.
