The thing I like best about bodyweight training, is it’s functional. Since your body is with you 100% of the time, getting good at bodyweight training can be incredibly helpful in your everyday life.

It’s this functional aspect of bodyweight training that makes it incredibly rewarding, and this reward is what keeps you motivated to see things through to the end, where you are a bodyweight pro with a lean muscular physique and zero man boobs.
