Exercise

Exercise plays an important role in helping you to lose man boobs. I generally advise doing whole body resistance training – either using weights (i.e. weight training), or using your own bodyweight (i.e. bodyweight training or calisthenics). I also advise doing high intensity interval training (HIIT).
