I’m Getting Fat

I realized today that I've gained a bit of weight.

It crept up so slowly, I didn't even realized until I did my body measurements.

I've gained a few mm of skin fold thickness around the belly region, but not on my chest, thanks to the fact that I'm always taking my turmeric supplement.

This is all because lockdown has seriously messed up my routine. My girlfriend has been working from home, so I don't get any time to myself.

Age is probably playing a role too, since I’m turning 41 this year.

I decided yesterday that I'm going to get my act together and start leaning down again.

One thing I've realized, is that any time I want to lose fat FAST, I always rely heavily on intermittent fasting.

Intermittent fasting is the simplest and most straightforward way to get lean.
