I’ve been listening to this audiobook by this British guy called Andy who nobody knows about, and he’s totally changing my life.
His teachings follow on from the stuff Ekhart Tolle teaches in his audiobook, “A New Earth“.
If you’re into Tolle’s stuff, then you need to check out Andy’s book.
Heck, even if you’re not into Tolle’s stuff, if you’ve got man boobs and your life is miserable, then this new guy’s material can help you, and I’ll explain how in a sec.
I’ve only just started listening to Andy’s audiobook and my life has already changed.
Do you ever feel like your life isn’t what it’s supposed to be?
Do you feel like you’ll be happy in the future, when you’ve achieved this, this, and this?
Well a lot of successful people have told me this, but it never really sunk in until now:
If you can’t be happy right NOW, you’ll never be happy in the future.
If you’re unhappy about your man boobs, then losing your man boobs in the future isn’t going to make you happy.
This is what most successful people will tell you…
But Andy goes one step further, and I think he might be right.
See, according to Andy, being unhappy about your man boobs TODAY, will actually prevent you from LOSING your man boobs in the future.
Now, he doesn’t talk about man boobs, he talks about being successful in general.
But his stuff applies just as much to losing man boobs as it does to becoming financially successful, finding your ideal partner, and reaching your life’s goals.
The secret is to be happy about the way you are today, and work on losing your man boobs WHILE YOU ARE PERFECTLY HAPPY TODAY.
And I’m not talking about FAKING being happy, I’m talking about finding genuine peace about the way things are right now.
Yeah, I know, it doesn’t make sense.
I’m still getting to grips with it myself.
But it’s working, I’m happier, I’m calm, I’m not stressed, life is better, and I haven’t even finished the book yet.

Here are a couple ways I see this helping you with losing man boobs…
If you’re all stressed out about having man boobs, the stress itself raises levels of the stress hormone cortisol in your body.
Cortisol increases the effects of estrogen and reduces the effects of testosterone. Both of these changes will make your body hold onto your man boobs.
Cortisol is known to cause fat gain too.
Also, being in a rush to quickly lose your man boobs so you can be happy in the future, makes you make stupid decisions, like starving yourself and rushing to the gym to uselessly burn a bunch of calories on the treadmill.
Dissatisfaction with yourself as you are now, with the way your body looks now, leads to self-punishing behavior like binge eating.
Check this from the Wikipedia page on binge eating disorder:
“As with other eating disorders, binge eating is an “expressive disorder”—a disorder that is an expression of deeper psychological problems. People who have binge eating disorder have been found to have higher weight bias internalization, which includes low self-esteem, unhealthy eating patterns, and general body dissatisfaction. Binge eating disorder commonly develops as a result or side effect of depression, as it is common for people to turn to comfort foods when they are feeling down.”
Too many guys think, “I’ll be happy in the future once I’ve lost my man boobs”.
But being unhappy is what’s causing your eating disorder (and other problems like self sabotaging your efforts at the gym). So if you are unhappy NOW, your eating disorder will still be there, and you’ll never lose your man boobs.
Read that wiki paragraph above again, and you’ll see that if binge eating disorder is caused by “low self esteem”, “general body dissatisfaction”, “depression” and “feeling down”, then the secret to curing your eating disorder is to boost your self-esteem, be satisfied with the way your body is now (man boobs and all), and elevate your mood.
When you do this, when you are happy about the way things are now, your eating disorder disappears, and your body naturally slims down.
But how the heck do you be happy with the way your body is now, when you’ve got MOOOOOBZZZZ?
Well that’s the million dollar question, and it takes a whole book to explain it.
