Try This Fat Busting Man Boob Shrinking Hack

Discover a powerful fat busting hack that will shrink your waistline AND your man boobs, without you feeling one bit deprived at the dinner table.

No more feeling sluggish after you eat, no more feeling hungry, no more feeling guilty because you ate too much.

So here's what lead me to this discovery…

Few days ago I was famished.

I could have eaten a horse.

I prepared this HUGE meal and I was ready to devour the whole thing.

I didn't give a damn that it would make me fat.

I was hungry and that's all that mattered.

I had to fill my belly.

And like I've always done in the past, I was going to eat and eat and eat, only stopping when my belly was stretched to the max and couldn't hold any more.

We guys who are naturally built to be fat, tend to eat this way.

We eat past the point where we feel satisfied, we eat until our bellies are full and can't hold any more food.

My girlfriend on the other hand, who is naturally skinny, eats until she is satisfied, and won't eat any more.

If she's eating french fries, if there is just ONE fry left, and her hunger is satisfied, she won't touch that last fry.

That last time I was famished, something happened that reminded me of a powerful fat busting hack.

I was devouring my food, and had gotten through just a small portion of it when I was interrupted by something. I forget what it was, but it pulled me away from my food.

Once the interruption was over, I was walking over to the dinner table, when I noticed the funniest thing…

I was no longer hungry!

In fact, I was totally stuffed and couldn't imagine eating anything else for the rest of the day.

There I was, totally famished, ready to devour a horse, I could EASILY have finished all the food I had prepared and more, yet, somehow I was full, no, STUFFED, after having eaten less than half of it.

How could this be?

Well, here's how.

For whatever reason, in us naturally fat folk, that feeling of satiety, the feeling of feeling full after a meal, is DELAYED.

How many times have you stuffed your face in the past, only to realize TOO LATE, that you've eaten too much?

This is a common problem I have faced over and over in my life.

Before I am eating, and while I am eating, I think I need more food than I really do.

So what's the solution?

An interruption.

My interruption the other day wasn't planned.

But why not plan an interruption into your meals?

Here's what you do.

No matter how hungry you are, go ahead and prepare the full meal that you want.

Don't hold back.

If you can eat a horse, prepare a horse.

But when you sit down to eat it, set aside HALF of the meal for later.

Eat just half of it now, set a timer for 20 minutes, then have the second half later.

If after the 20 minutes are over, and you're still hungry, then finish that second half.

But 9 times out of 10, I'm willing to bet that by the end of the 20 minute break, you'll feel totally full and there'll be no need to eat the second half of the meal.

Now, that second half doesn't have to go to waste.

Just save it for your next meal or for whenever you are next GENUINELY hungry.

You can use the same method for snacking.

An egg for example, is the PERFECT snack.

Nutritionally, eggs are one of the most perfect foods for your health, for your waistline, and for your man boobs.

I LOVE eating half-boiled eggs, they're one of my favorite foods.

But trouble is, when I eat one, I feel like I can eat 10 in one go!

And many times I HAVE eaten 10 eggs in one go!

What surprises me every time though, is If I just eat ONE, then wait for 10 to 20 minutes, I feel SO DAMN FULL.

And I mean SERIOUSLY full.

Like my belly is bursting!

Just from eating one egg.

Eggs are filling as hell.

Eggs are so full of good nutrition, a single egg can keep you full for hours on end.

But you still have to WAIT for that feeling of satiety to catch up.

Eat an egg. Wait 20 minutes. Then have another if you're still hungry.

Eat half of your meal. Wait 20 minutes. Then have the other half if you're still hungry.

It's that simple.
